First thing, add an Env_Tonemap_controller to your map, and place a Logic_Auto next to him.

Open the properties for the Env_Tonemap_controller and name it 'Tonemap'

Open the properties for the Logic_Auto, go to the outputs section, and add these outputs:

My Output named: OnMapSpawn
Targets Entities Named: Tonemap
Via This Input: SetAutoExposureMin
With a Parameter Override of: .15

My Output named: OnMapSpawn
Targets Entities Named: Tonemap
Via This Input: SetAutoExposureMax
With a Parameter Override of: 3

My Output named: OnMapSpawn
Targets Entities Named: Tonemap
Via This Input: SetBloomScale
With a Parameter Override of: .7

That's it. You can grab an Example of the HDR lighting [Note: it works only in games with HDR support, Use CS:S for example]
